Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Please note that UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  We work hard to get your cutting board out to you as fast as possible without sacrificing quality.  Please remember our products are hand cut, hand made, and often customized just for you.  If you request a digital proof prior to manufacturing this will cause an additional 1-2 days for processing typically.  If you need your cutting board by a certain date please contact us via phone so that we can work with you to get it to you in time!  We are often able to accommodate rush and last minute gifts at no additional charge!

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns and Exchange Information

Our items are customized with your message of choice. Often this is a single letter, monogram, last name or design. As these are hand made, custom items they are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the product.  We understand sometimes mistakes do happen when you order. If you find that you made a mistake in the engraving request, please contact us and we will work with you on a case by case basis to help resolve the issue. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
