We feature maple and walnut wood for all of our products. The light, pure look of maple stands out and draws attention to any dish or appetizer served on top of it. The rustic look of the walnut is great for large, decorative boards and adds a touch of class to any personal gift.
Our boards feature strips of maple or walnut and are color graded and appropriately matched before gluing the panels for the final cutting and routing of the boards. They are then carefully machined and hand sanded providing a very smooth finished product. All of our boards come with sure grip rubber feet attached with rust proof stainless steel screws. Each board is truly unique with slightly different wood grains so no two cutting boards are exactly the same.
Our wood cutting boards typically come with a juice trough around the perimeter of the board. This keeps the mess on the board and not on the counter. It also adds depth to the board and a decorative touch. Our large oval trencher will hold five cups of juice so that even the largest piece of meat can be neatly carved. Our boards provide an ideal serving platter, cutting surface, and accent piece to complete any kitchen.
